OneSource is VirtualOfficeAmerica’s flagship service offering, providing complete outsourcing of all bookkeeping, bill receipt / payment, and statement preparation for unlimited users.

How It Works
Bills are sent to our processing center, scanned and made available online over our secure web control panel. Approved users can then log in and see payables information and invoice images. Clients indicate approval and any changes in the amount to pay. After creating the invoice and receiving approval from the client, we mail it to the recipient. We can also handle the resulting bank deposit. We use a central post office center and do our own sorting, resulting in the quickest delivery of funds to an account.

After funds are deposited, we enter the information into the client’s accounting system. The financial accounting system is updated every day and the reports are published to each client’s site on the client’s determined schedule. Cash balances and any other pertinent information are available 24 hours a day.

A client’s assigned OneSource accounting staff is available by telephone, fax, email, or any other assigned means of communication. We serve all our clients with immediacy and accuracy. Even if the accounting manager is not available at the time of the request, our staff will do whatever it takes to make sure the request is handled with the utmost level of service.

Naturally, sometimes you need more active service than simply looking at your transactions and information on a website, which is where the value of OneSource is truly apparent. Your assigned administrative staff is available to you by telephone, fax, email, online chat, or virtually any other way you want to communicate with them. And, you’ll never hear that you have to wait for service as a client. Even if your normal administrative manager is not available at the time of your call, our staff will do whatever it takes to make sure your request is handled immediately and accurately.
