BACKGROUND
VirtualOfficeAmerica was founded on the
principal that secure and reliable accounting support is critical
to the success of any organization. Although big
companies can afford to establish and maintain large
accounting departments, other companies have trouble keeping an accounting
department staffed and operating at peak performance. And
if staffing, quality, and cost are not properly controlled
problems arise, transactions are mishandled, and financial
statements are inaccurate, late, or ineffective.
VirtualOfficeAmerica has made accounting services its sole
focus. We are completely dedicated to service the "not-so-big"
companies that need the support of a top-notch accounting
department at an affordable price.
Of course, since accounting and financial work is all we do
we are completely obsessed with the privacy, security, and
accuracy of the accounting information we handle on behalf
of our clients. Key to our success is the fact that our various
communications options allow our clients to have 24-hour access
and constant control of the accounting activities we perform
on their behalf.
VirtualOfficeAmerica was founded in the late 1990s by a group of
young CPAs that responded proactively to a client's request to help
manage the financial information of several geographically disparate
business from one location. Instead of relying on existing solutions
and methods of service delivery, the entreprenurial group decided to
start with a blank slate, in effect saying to the client, "If you could
have anything you wanted, what would it look like?".
From that simple question, VirtualOfficeAmerica was founded. And that
question has remained our most-important and most-asked question to
our clients. Although VirtualOfficeAmerica grew to the point
where it was imperative to spin it off from the original group of CPAs
to continue to provide excellent service, it is still run by its
original founders, who have the same committment to high-quality,
proactive, expectation-exceeding service for every single client, no
matter how big or small, as the day the concept was first conceived.
And,
we're very proud to say, our very first client is still a satisfied
